How do I register my team or company?
You can register your team by filling out the registration form on our website
Is there a registration fee?
There are no registration fees but there is participation fees for the participants depending on the sports they are participating in. Fees details are mentioned on our website
Can individuals register if they are not part of a team?
Yes, individuals can register representing their company in individual events but must form a team for team events within their company. They cannot be part of any other company.
Are there any age or skill level restrictions?
There are 2 types of categories one is standard and the other is veteran. The age limit of veterans should be above 55. Age 55 is applicable for those who are born on or before 31st May, 1979. Chess and Marathon are the only sports where there is no age limit. We have mentioned in the website which all sports can the veterans participate.
Athletes who are currently representing district, states, national and internationally level or professionally in any other league cannot take part in ICO. Currently being for the past one year since the initiation of the event.
What happens if we need to withdraw after registering?
Once you have registered, the participation fees will not be refunded.
What should participants bring to the event?
Participants should bring appropriate sportswear, personal water bottles, and any personal protective equipment required for their sport. Additional details will be provided closer to the event date.
Will there be food and beverages available at the event?
Yes, there will be snacks and beverages available in all our venues.
Will there be any Travelling and Accommodation assistance from the organizers?
No. the organizers will not be arranging travel or accommodation of the players but the organizers will help you connect you with the respective partners.
How will the teams be organized and scheduled?
The teams will be formed by their own company and event organizing and scheduling will be taken care by event organizers and officials.
Where will the event take place?
The event will be held in 6 cities namely Pune, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, and Delhi. The venue location and address will be mentioned in the website once we get closer to the event.

What are the terms for objections?
APPEALS PROCESS AND TERMS OF PARTICIPATION
1. APPEALS PROCEDURE
(a) Any team (hereinafter referred to as the “Appellant”) seeking to appeal a decision regarding misconduct, malpractice, or foul play by another team (hereinafter referred to as the “Respondent”) must submit a written notice of appeal to the Indian Corporate Olympia Organizing Committee (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizing Committee”) within thirty (30) minutes of the incident.
(b) The Appellant shall pay a non-refundable appeal fee of Indian Rupees Five Thousand (INR 5,000) at the time of submitting the notice of appeal. The appeal fee shall be forfeited regardless of the outcome of the appeal.
2. APPEAL REVIEW PROCESS
(a) The Organizing Committee shall review the appeal and make a decision based on the evidence presented.
(b) The Organizing Committee’s decision shall be final and binding on the parties.
3. CONSEQUENCES OF APPEAL
(a) If the Respondent is found to be at fault, the Organizing Committee may, in its discretion, disqualify the Respondent from the competition.
(b) If the Respondent is found not to be at fault, no action shall be taken against the Respondent, and the Appellant shall not be eligible for a refund of the appeal fee.
AMENDMENTS AND MODIFICATIONS
The Organizing Committee reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Participation FAQs
What are the eligibility requirements for participants?
- Full-Time Employment:
Participants must be active full-time employees of the company they represent and have been employed for at least 3 months before the start of the event. - Age Limit:
To be eligible for the standard category, participants must be 55 years old or younger (Born on or after 1st June 1979), with exceptions for Chess and Marathon which is open to all age. - Health and Fitness:
Participants must be in good health and have a fitness level appropriate for their chosen events. A medical clearance may be required. - Professional Players:
Individuals competing professionally in regional, state, national, or international teams, or recognized professional leagues, are not eligible. - International Participation:
International participants must be full-time employees with at least 12 months of continuous employment before the event’s start. The organizers are not responsible for travel or accommodation.
Are there any restrictions on company representation?
- Representation Rules:
Employees may not represent more than one branch of the same company or any other company during the event. If an employee is terminated, resigns, or transfers to a different branch, they cannot represent any other branch or company for the duration of the tournament. - Employee Transfers:
Employees transferred to a different location or branch within the same company after registration cannot represent the new branch. Any changes in employment status must be communicated to the organizers immediately.
What about employees serving a notice period?
Employees who are serving a notice period or are in the process of leaving the company are ineligible to participate in the event.
Are part-time or contractual employees eligible?
No, part-time and contractual employees are not eligible to participate in the event.
What documentation is required for registration?
Participants may need to provide proof of employment, age, and health status as part of the registration process. Failure to provide the requested documentation may result in disqualification.
What should I do if I have a dispute regarding eligibility or participation?
Any disputes regarding eligibility or participation will be resolved by the event organizers. Their decisions are final and binding.
What if I need to withdraw from the event after registering?
Please notify the organizers as soon as possible if you need to withdraw. Follow the event’s withdrawal procedure, and note that registration fees may not be refundable.
How do I ensure my health and fitness are adequate for participation?
Participants should assess their health and fitness levels in relation to the specific events they are entering. A medical clearance might be required, so consult with your healthcare provider if necessary.
How will international participants handle logistics?
International participants are responsible for their own travel, accommodation, and other related services. The organizers will not provide these services.

Veteran FAQs
Are there any specific events for veterans?
Yes, there will be veteran-specific sports events. However, these events will only take place if there is a minimum of 60% participation per event.
What happens if there is not enough participation for veteran-specific events?
If the veteran-specific events do not meet the minimum participation requirement of 60%, those events may be cancelled or merged with other categories.
Do veteran participants need to follow the same documentation requirements?

Tournament FAQs
How are team events structured?
League Phase:
Teams will compete in a round-robin format where each team plays against every other team in their group. The performance in these matches will rank the teams, determining which teams advance to the next stage.
Knockout Phase:
After the league phase, the top-ranked teams advance to the knockout rounds. These are single-elimination matches where a loss results in elimination, continuing until one team remains as the champion.
How are teams qualified for the nationals in team events?
The 1st placed team from each team event in each city qualifies for the nationals.
How are individual events structured?
Individual events follow a direct knockout system:
- Competitors participate in single-elimination matches where each match determines who advances to the next round.
- A loss results in immediate elimination from the competition.
Winners proceed to the next round until a final winner is determined.
How are competitors qualified for the nationals in individual events?

What happens if a team or competitor loses a match?
Team Events:
