1. Eligibility & Participation Rules
- Full-Time Employment: Participants must be active full-time employees of the company they represent. They must have been employed with the company for at least 3 months before the start of the event.
- Age Limit: To be eligible for the standard category, participants must be 55 years old or younger at the event’s start date. Exceptions being Chess and Marathon.
- Health and Fitness: Participants must be in good health and have a fitness level appropriate for the events they are entering. A medical clearance may be required.
- Professional Players: Individuals who are currently competing professionally in regional, state, national, or international teams, or in recognized professional leagues, are not eligible to participate.
- International Participation: International participants must be active full-time employees of their company, with at least 12 months of continuous employment before the event’s start date. The organizers are not responsible for travel, accommodation, or any other services for international participants.
- Representation Rules:
- An employee who represents a company in the tournament may not represent any other branch of the same company or any other company during the event.
- If an employee is terminated, resigns, or is transferred to a different branch of the same company, they cannot represent any other branch or any other company for the duration of the tournament.
- Notice Period: Employees who are serving a notice period or are in the process of leaving the company are ineligible to participate in the event.
- Part-Time and Contractual Employees: Employees who are part-time or employed on a contractual basis are not eligible to represent their company in the event.
- Employee Transfers: Employees transferred to a different location or branch within the same company after registration cannot represent any other branch. Any changes in employment status after registration must be communicated to the organizers immediately.
- Documentation: Participants may be required to provide proof of employment, age, and health status as part of the registration process. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in disqualification.
- Compliance: All participants must comply with the event’s code of conduct and rules. Failure to adhere to these rules may result in disqualification from the event.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes regarding eligibility or participation will be resolved by the event organizers, whose decisions are final and binding.

- An employee should be minimum 55 years of age (Born on or before May 31st, 1979) to be eligible for the veteran category.
- The event of the veteran-specific sports will take place if there is a minimum of 60% of participation per event.

2. Tournament Rules
Format
Team Events
- League cum Knockout System:
- League Phase: Teams will first participate in a round-robin format, meaning each team will play against every other team in their group. This phase aims to rank the teams based on their performance across all matches.
- Knockout Phase: After the league phase, the top teams (determined by their rankings) will advance to the knockout rounds. In this phase, teams compete in single-elimination matches; a loss results in elimination from the tournament. This continues until one team remains as the champion.
- Qualification to Nationals: The 1st placed team from each team event of each city are qualified for the nationals.
Individual Events
- Direct Knockout System: In individual events, competitors will participate in a single-elimination format, where each match determines who advances to the next round. A loss results in immediate elimination from the competition. The progression is straightforward: winners continue to the next round until a final winner is determined.
- Qualification for Nationals: The top 3 winners of the individual events are qualified for the nationals. This qualification process ensures that the best players or teams from each local area compete on a larger stage.
Point System
- In the City Championships, the gold, silver, and bronze winners will get 9 points, 6 points, and 3 points respectively.
- The company with the most points accumulated will be the city champion.
3. Event A.C.T.
During the whole event in states and nationals, the player stay, food, and transport should be taken care of by the participants. The participants can take assistance from our official partners.
4. Registration and Nominations
- Coordinator Appointment: Each participating company must appoint a coordinator who will serve as the primary point of contact with the organizers. All official communications, including registration submissions and queries, should go through the appointed coordinator.
- Nomination Deadline: Completed nomination forms, including participant details such as names and official identification, must be submitted to the organizers by the specified deadline (date to be specified).
- Additional Nominations: Sports-wise nomination rules are included in the game’s rulebook and must be adhered to accordingly.
5. Safety and Responsibility
- Safety Gear: Participants are responsible for ensuring they have the appropriate safety gear and equipment required for their respective events. The organizers will provide consumables (e.g., balls, shuttlecocks) necessary for gameplay.
- Liability: While every effort will be made to ensure the safety and security of all participants, the organizers will not be held responsible for any accidents, injuries, losses, or damages to personal property that may occur during the event, whether on or off the field.
6. Conduct and Discipline
- Sportsmanship: Participants are expected to adhere to the highest standards of sportsmanship, including respect for others, fair play, positive attitude, and acceptance of decisions.
- Prohibited Behavior: Cheating, use of prohibited substances, verbal abuse, physical abuse, and disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited and will result in disciplinary action.
7. Completion and Timing
- Event Duration: The event in each city will go on for a month, during weekends only.
- Schedule Adherence: All participating teams and individuals are expected to adhere strictly to the event schedule to ensure smooth conduct and timely completion of the tournament.
- Timeline for Registrations and Payments: Company registrations and payments will be finalized 20 days before the event.
8. Communication and Documentation
- Official Communication: All official correspondence between the organizers and participating teams will be conducted through the designated coordinator appointed by each company.
- Registration Forms: A comprehensive registration form, including details of participants and team compositions, must be completed accurately and submitted within the specified timeframe as per the organizers’ instructions.
9. Code of Conduct
- Company Reputation: Participants are representatives of their respective companies and must uphold the reputation and values of their organization throughout the tournament.
- Fair Play: Fair competition is paramount. Any behavior deemed unsportsmanlike, including but not limited to cheating, intentional fouls, or disrespectful conduct towards officials or other participants, will result in disciplinary action.
10. Dispute Resolution
- Dispute Handling: In the event of any disputes or disagreements during the tournament, affected teams or individuals must bring the matter to the attention of the organizers immediately.
- Organizer Decision: The organizing committee will adjudicate all disputes based on the rules and regulations of the tournament. Their decisions will be final and binding for all participants involved.
11. Spectator Policy
- Conduct Expectations: Spectators attending the tournament must adhere to the rules and regulations set forth by the organizers, including maintaining respectful behavior towards participants, officials, and other spectators.
- Removal Authority: Organizers reserve the right to remove any spectator who engages in disruptive behavior that interferes with the conduct of the event or the enjoyment of other attendees.
- Spectating any event is free of cost.
12. Media and Publicity
- Consent: By participating in the tournament, participants and teams consent to the use of their names, photographs, and images for promotional and publicity purposes related to the event.
- Media Interactions: All media inquiries or interviews involving participants should be coordinated through the organizers to ensure consistency and appropriate representation of the event and its participants.
13. Team Composition and Substitutions
- Composition Rules: Each team must comply with the specified composition rules for their respective events, including the number of players, eligible substitutes, and any other relevant criteria.
- Substitution Protocol: Substitutions during matches or events may only be made under circumstances defined in the specific event rules and with prior approval from the referees or organizers overseeing the game.
14. Equipment Standards
- Compliance: All equipment brought by participants must meet the safety and regulatory standards established for each event. The organizers reserve the right to inspect and disallow any equipment that is deemed unsafe or does not comply with event regulations.
15. Weather and Force Majeure
- Event Impact: In cases of adverse weather conditions or other force majeure events that may affect the safety or feasibility of conducting the tournament, the organizers may make decisions regarding postponement, rescheduling, or cancellation as necessary.
- Notification: Participants will be informed promptly of any changes to the schedule or cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, and organizers will make every effort to minimize disruption to the event.
16. Awards and Prizes
- Prize Details: Details regarding awards, prizes, and recognition for winners will be communicated to participants prior to or during the tournament.
- Tax Liability: Winners may be responsible for any taxes or fees associated with their prizes, in accordance with local laws and regulations governing prize winnings.
17. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
- Changes Notification: The organizers reserve the right to amend or update these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the tournament will imply acceptance of the amended terms.
- Agreement Continuity: It is the responsibility of participants and coordinating officials to review any updates to the terms and conditions and ensure ongoing compliance.
18. Confidentiality
- Information Privacy: All information provided by participants and companies during registration and throughout the event will be treated as confidential by the organizers.
- Exception Clause: The organizers may use participant information for administrative purposes related to the event unless otherwise specified by participants or their companies.
19. Refund Policy
- Non-Refundable Fees: There will be no refunds once the payment is done during registration process.
20. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation: If a company or an employee wants to cancel his registration, they have to inform 2 days before the event, but there will be no refunds on any scenario.

- Shipping & Delivery Policy: Charges will be collected on registration for the participation in the event.
